RECIPES FRIED NOODLES

RESEP MIE GORENG 
MATERIALS:
200 g egg noodles and fresh wet
300 g chicken, cut according to taste
1 egg btr
2 Btr fried fish balls, sliced ​​thin
3 Heb green cabbage, cut to taste
1 leek, thinly sliced
1 large red chilli pcs, seeded and thinly sliced
5 pcs chili pepper, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely sliced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1000 ml of water
50 ml cooking oil, for sauteing and frying
1 tablespoon of fried onions, for topping
FINE HERBS:
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
HOW TO MAKE FRIED NOODLES:
1. Boil chicken and spices into the water. Cook until done and water shrink by half.
2. Separate the chicken from the broth of water and fry in hot oil until browned. Remove and drain, then shredded-shredded according to taste.
3. Heat a little oil, beat eggs and make scrambled eggs. Remove and set aside.
4. Saute garlic until fragrant, then enter the fish balls. Cook briefly until the meatballs are cooked through.
5. Enter the noodles and pour the remaining broth stew ayam.Tambahkan oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt,
and pepper. Cook until broth is shrinking.
6. Add mustard, red chili, chili sauce, shredded chicken, scrambled eggs and chives. Stir until blended.
